Flooding and traffic jams:
National Highway 1: The section from Km422+00 - Km423+200 QL.1 (TT) is congested due to fallen trees and power poles in the left lane of the route, vehicles are temporarily traveling in the right lane of the route; after the storm, the trees and power poles have been cleared and treated, and are reopened at 10:20 on September 29, 2025.
Section from Km771+150 - Km771+230 (P) QL.1, Quang Tri ward, Quang Tri province; flooded from 0.2m - 0.3m deep; flooding time from 11:00 to 13:00 on September 27, 2025 (due to heavy rain, slow drainage of the road surface), vehicles are still allowed to circulate (near the median strip).
Ho Chi Minh Road: Some locations in the section Km780+00 - Km793+00 of Ho Chi Minh City East branch were partially blocked due to fallen trees across the road. After the storm, the trees and electric poles were cleared and handled, and were reopened to traffic at 09:00 on September 29, 2025.
Ho Chi Minh Road (T) at Km201+330: Soil and rocks have collapsed on the positive slope, causing traffic jams from 11:30 a.m. on September 29, 2025 to 2:50 p.m. on the same day.
Landslides on negative and positive slopes:
National Highway 1: Hue City area. Landslide on negative slope 5md/01 location (Km854+1050(T) QL.1). Positive slope landslide: 30m3/01 location (Km12+450(T) QL.1 Hue bypass).
Ho Chi Minh Road: Nghe An Province, negative slope landslide: 01 location at Km668+240 (T) about 30m3.
Positive slope landslide: about 250m3/14 locations (Km663+800(P), Km669+100(T), Km669+350(T), Km670+100(T), Km680+320(T), Km681+400(P), Km703+750(P), Km705+880(P), Km709+510(P), Km718+400(P), Km722+100(T), Km746+760(P).
am slope embankment subsidence: Km749+850T, 30m long, 1.5÷2m wide at this location subsided to about 30cm, and cracked with subsidence and Km750+050T had a 40m long, 1m wide subsidence.
Ha Tinh province: The landslide on the positive slope at a location of about 1,500m3 at Km920+530T did not cause traffic jams. Currently, the road surface and ditches have been leveled and the ropes and signs have been installed.
Quang Tri province area: HCM(T) Road): positive slope landslide: 1363m3/28 locations; Section Km923+00 - Km1085+105 (HCMD): 60m3/04 locations.
Hue City area: Positive slope landslide: 250m3/07 locations (Km314+450 (P), Km314+620 (P), Km314+930 (P), Km315+210 (P), Km318+260 (P), Km321+590 (P), Km371+350 (T)).
Expressway route: Positive slope landslide: 04 locations/small volume (Km6+950 (T), Km34+580 (T) Km82+720(P) and Km83+340 (P)) Cam Lo - La Son route.
Fallen trees across the road:
National Highway 1: Nghe An province area: about 400 locations of fallen trees are scattered on the route. National Highway 1 Vinh bypass: About 50 trees have fallen.
Ha Tinh province area: National Highway 1, City bypass. Ha Tinh, Ky Anh bypass by CP456 Company: About 500 trees were broken; The section by Vinh bypass BOT implemented National Highway, BDTX: 600 trees.
Quang Tri province area: About 120 trees have fallen on National Highway 1. Truong Thinh BOT section (km741+300 - Km742+250 QL.1): Falling trees across the road: 04 trees, 25 - 40cm in diameter.
Hue City area: Fallen trees across the road: 10/02 locations.
Ho Chi Minh Road: Ha Tinh - Quang Tri Province, implemented by 496 Company, National Highway and Road Administration: Planting about 950 trees;
Quang Tri province: About 2135 trees were broken and scattered on the route.
