Phu Tho - From 7:00 p.m. on August 16, the operating unit will cut the Phong Chau pontoon bridge.

Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Colonel Nguyen Dang Chien - Head of the Propaganda Department, Engineering Corps said that due to the high water level in the Phong Chau pontoon bridge area, the amount of garbage dumped here is not safe for operation. Therefore, Brigade 249 will cut the pontoon bridge and temporarily suspend traffic through the pontoon bridge from 7:00 p.m. today (August 16).

"The unit will regularly monitor weather developments, hydrology, and measure the flow rate. When safety conditions are met, the unit will reconnect the pontoon bridge or ensure the ferry and notify the people as quickly as possible" - Colonel Nguyen Dang Chien informed.
