In the afternoon of March 30, 2026, Mr. Quach Tat Liem - Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee chaired a conference to listen to departments and branches report on the deployment of investment preparation for transport projects in Phu Tho area.
At the conference, leaders of the Department of Construction reported on the preparation for investment in 4 transport projects:
Project to build the Viet Tri - Hoa Binh road, connecting the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway with the Hoa Binh - Son La expressway (56km long); invest in upgrading and expanding the road connecting Phong Chau bridge with the inter-regional road (5.2km long).
Invest in new construction of Tu Cuong bridge (at Km2+316 DT. 315 and Giap Lai bridge (at Km19+845 DT. 316); invest in new construction of Thia bridge at Km4+403 DT. 315B, Luong Nha bridge at Km21+350 DT. 317, Dinh bridge at Km8+60 DT. 320D and Ke bridge at Km17+785 DT. 323G.
The conference also listened to the Phu Tho Regional Project Management Board report on investment preparation for projects:
Construction of a road connecting upstream communes, Yen Lap district (old) with inter-regional traffic road, QL. 32C and IC10 intersection, Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway, Cam Khe district (old); traffic road from IC9 intersection to DT. 315B and branch road to Phu Ha Industrial Park.
Traffic route connecting Hung Temple historical relic area with Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway; bypass of Phong Chau town, Phu Ninh district (old); traffic route connecting Hung Son town, Lam Thao district (old) with Viet Tri city (old).
Construction and expansion of National Highway 70B section from the beginning of Ha Hoa bridge to Km25+800 connecting IC11 intersection of Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway with National Highway 32, National Highway 32C; National Highway 2D; National Highway 70, Phu Tho province.
National Highway 32 bypassing Thanh Son town (old) in the Northwest connects National Highway 70B to Tan Son and the bypass of Thanh Son town in the Southeast section from Khanh street to Thanh Son bus station; investing in building a new Song Lo bridge in Doan Hung commune and some projects assigned to the Phu Tho Regional Project Management Board to prepare an investment policy proposal report.
Recognizing that the above-mentioned projects are of great significance, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the locality, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee Quach Tat Liem requested departments and branches to carefully prepare all stages in investment work, ensure the efficiency of using public investment capital, and exploit the potential and advantages of each region well.
On that basis, accelerate the preparation and implementation progress, build specific roadmaps for each project, from planning to implementation. In the investment preparation process, special attention should be paid to the source of embankment soil materials, waste disposal locations; review and adjust technical infrastructure items to suit actual conditions...
