At about 1:40 a.m. on December 10, 2025, Information Center 114 - Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PC07), Hai Phong City Police received a fire report about a fire that broke out at a factory of Sing Home Green Packaging Company Limited.
This enterprise is located in Dai An Industrial Park, Tu Minh Ward, Hai Phong City, operating in the field of production and processing foam and foam foam film.
Immediately after receiving the report, PC07 Department immediately mobilized 1 command vehicle, 4 fire trucks and 30 officers and soldiers of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 8 to quickly approach the scene, organize the deployment of forces and vehicles to participate in fire fighting. Leaders of PC07 Department were present at the scene directly, commanded reconnaissance work, grasped the situation, determined the location of the fire and water source, and directed the deployment of a water spraying formation to control the spread of the fire.
By 2:05 a.m., the fire was basically under control. By 2:15 a.m. the same day, the entire fire was completely extinguished, preventing the fire from spreading to other areas in the factory.
According to initial information, the fire occurred in the raw material gathering area of the factory, with a fire area of about 360 m2. Fortunately, there were no human casualties. The property damage was mainly foam film and foam foam products, estimated at about 80 million VND.
The cause of the fire is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
