On the morning of October 8, Mr. Nguyen The Than - Chairman of Vinh Phu Ward People's Committee - confirmed that a serious fire had just occurred in the area at a clothing store on Ly Tu Trong Street, Vinh Phu Ward.

Accordingly, at around 0:20 am on October 8, people discovered a fire at a clothing store at 104, Ly Tu Trong Street.

Immediately after receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (Nghe An Provincial Police) mobilized forces and vehicles to the scene to coordinate with local authorities to put out the fire.

After about 20 minutes of effort, the fire was controlled. However, the fire caused the death of Mr. N.D.H (born in 2003, residing in Vinh Hung ward, Nghe An) - the store owner. All clothes and assets inside the store, including a motorbike, were burned down.

According to witnesses, before the fire broke out, they heard a loud explosion coming from inside the store. The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
