On October 7, in Phu Luong ward, the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School Construction Project in Hanoi City.
The project is built on an area of over 42,000m2 in Phu Luong ward with a total investment of 980 billion VND, capital from the Hanoi city budget.
The project has a scale of investment in the construction of new construction items including: basement; hall - ceremony area; ministries block; learning block; library; hall; dormitory - dining room; gymnasium; auxiliary technical items; synchronous investment in garden landscape items; new synchronous investment in equipment for blocks of houses...
The goal of building a new Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School in Hanoi City is worthy of being a center for training, fostering cadres in leadership, management, and research on political theory of the Party and Hanoi City; at the same time, in line with the development strategy of Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School in Hanoi City to 2030, with a vision to 2045 approved by competent authorities.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen said that with more than 70 years of construction and development, Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School has been the "cradle" of training and coaching the capital's cadres for many decades.
This place has trained and fostered tens of thousands of cadres, contributing to building a team of leaders and managers with political courage, moral qualities and professional capacity, contributing greatly to the dynamic and creative development of the city.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen said that the Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School construction project, once completed, will become a modern center for training and research on modern political theory and administration, contributing to building an increasingly strong cadres of Hanoi city, meeting the development requirements in the new period.
In order for the project to be completed on schedule, ensuring quality and put into use soon, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen requested the project investor and contractors to focus maximum human and material resources to organize construction, strictly comply with the provisions of the law on investment and construction, ensure quality, labor safety and progress approved by competent authorities.
Departments, branches, and sectors of the city and Phu Luong ward continue to pay attention, create favorable conditions, and promptly resolve difficulties and problems in the project implementation process.
