Initial information, the fire broke out at around 2:00 p.m. on April 18, at building No. 1 Thai Ha (Trung Liet ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi).
After the smoke and fire broke out, many people inside the building quickly moved out.
After receiving the report, the fire fighting force and many fire trucks were dispatched to the scene to perform their duties.
At nearly 3:00 p.m., at the scene, the fire was basically under control, with only black smoke rising.
Speaking to Lao Dong on April 18, Colonel Pham Trung Hieu - Head of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Hanoi City Police said that by15 minutes, the fire at building No. 1 Thai Ha, Dong Da District had been basically controlled. The initial cause was determined to be a technical problem. There were no casualties in the fire, property damage is being counted.
