According to residents living in Winhouse Ham Nghi apartment building, at around 5:30 a.m. on October 30, they suddenly heard the fire alarm and panicked, moving down to the basement to ensure safety.
The fire location was determined at an apartment on the 12A floor (the 13th floor including the basement) of Winhouse Ham Nghi apartment building (Thanh Sen ward). Fortunately, households whose apartments caught fire quickly left their homes, ensuring safety.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of Ha Tinh Province Police dispatched 2 fire trucks and 1 ambulance to put out the fire.
By nearly 7am, the fire was under control. The fire did not cause any human casualties. The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified.
Winhouse Ham Nghi Apartment is a project invested by Winhouse Company, including a 15-storey block with 117 apartments, located near Le Duan Street (in the center of the old Ha Tinh City).
