Lam Dong - Bao Loc City People's Committee requested Loc Nga commune and relevant agencies to urgently handle the act of digging excavators and transporting soil on the southern bypass of the city.

On April 4, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City (Lam Dong) said that the locality had just issued a written assignment of the People's Committee of Loc Nga Commune to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Justice Department urgently handled violations related to the illegal scooping and transporting of land on the southern bypass road in the city.

The People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the People's Committee of Loc Nga Commune to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to consolidate the records to handle the above violation in accordance with the provisions of law.

For the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Justice is responsible for directing the People's Committee of Loc Nga commune to complete the procedures to handle violations according to regulations.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported illegal exploitation and transportation of soil on the positive slope of the southern bypass of Bao Loc City.

Here, for many days, illegal excavation and transportation of soil has occurred at all times.

Those who dug excavators and transported soil have arbitrarily removed barriers set up by authorities to prohibit vehicles from entering the southern bypass of Bao Loc City.

In particular, the excavation and transportation of soil has caused the tens of meters long banks of our yugua to be increasingly "ripped off" to create "frog branches" that are at risk of landslides at any time.

More seriously, right on this embankment, there is a medium-voltage, low-voltage power line with many hidden power poles at risk of falling.

Immediately afterwards, this incident was investigated by Loc Nga Commune Police in coordination with the Economic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police and clarified according to regulations.
