On July 1, Vung Tau ward, Phuoc Thang ward (HCMC) and other commune-level administrative units began to officially operate.
According to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, from 7am, all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in these wards have gathered and are ready for the first day of activities.
As a commune-level administrative unit merged from 7 previous commune-level ward units, on the morning of July 1, a large number of people came to do procedures at the Vung Tau Ward Public Administration Service Center. Due to pre-preparation, the settlement of procedures and records for people here is quick.
Mr. Tran Duc Quan (born in 1961, residing in Vung Tau ward) came to extract a copy of the birth certificate. After only about 2 minutes of arriving at the counter, Mr. Quan's procedures were resolved.
"I have never felt so comfortable and have my procedures handled so quickly. I hope that this will continue to be maintained and promoted in the coming time," said Mr. Quan.
According to Mr. Quan, when he first entered the Public Administration Service Center, he was instructed on procedures to get a serial number, and waited for his turn to solve it. When it was my turn, I finished it in just a moment. Mr. Quan was also asked by the Center's leaders if he had any problems with the procedures.
Ms. Le Thi Anh Thu, who came to work at Phuoc Thang Ward People's Committee, said: "I see that the conditions for machinery and facilities are ready and complete, creating convenience for people when coming to carry out administrative procedures".
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nham - Deputy Director of the Phuoc Thang Ward Public Administration Service Center - said that the Center's civil servants had been guided and practiced before, and the facilities were fully prepared. Therefore, the process of welcoming people and handling procedures is quick and effective.
Mr. Dinh Quang Dinh - Deputy Director of the Vung Tau Ward Public Administration Service Center - said that on the morning of July 1, a large number of people came to do administrative procedures. The procedures have been quickly resolved, so most people are satisfied.
