At the 2nd session (special session), the People's Council of Dong Thap province issued Resolution No. 15/NQ-HDND on deciding on the staffing of cadres and civil servants in provincial government agencies in 2025.
According to this Resolution, the People's Council of Dong Thap province assigned the number of cadres and civil servants in provincial government agencies in 2025 to 2,129.
The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council is assigned 69 positions; the Office of the Provincial People's Committee 138 positions; the Department of Home Affairs 171 positions; the Department of Agriculture and Environment 409 positions; the Department of Science and Technology 109 positions.
The Department of Finance has 182 positions; the Department of Construction has 203 positions; the Department of Justice has 63 positions; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has 98 positions; the Department of Education and Training has 107 positions; the Department of Health has 132 positions; the Department of Industry and Trade has 201 positions; the Provincial Inspectorate has 201 positions; the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board has 45 positions; has 01 reserve position.
According to Resolution No. 18/NQ-HDND, the Provincial People's Council assigned the number of employees receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units under the management of Dong Thap province in 2025 to 49,976 people.
The People's Council of Dong Thap province assigned the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of the Resolution; decide to assign specific staff to agencies, units and localities among the number of employees assigned in Resolution No. 18/NQ-HDND.
