This year, the People's Police Academy is assigned to recruit 300 quotas for the Police Professional Major group, a decrease of 120 quotas compared to last year. The school only enrolls students in the Southern region (from Da Nang inwards).
The school uses 3 enrollment methods, including direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Public Security (METHOD 1); considering combining international foreign language certificates with the results of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test (METHOD 2); considering combining high school graduation exam scores with the results of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test (METHOD 3). Regarding quotas, the People's Police Academy is assigned 400 regular university quotas, in the Police Professional Affairs group. The Academy enrolls in the northern region, including 40 females and 360 males.
For university training with a second degree in police nghiệp vụ from candidates who have graduated from university or higher, the academy enrolls 100 quotas (90 male, 10 female) in the Police nghiệp vụ industry group.
This year, the People's Security Academy enrolls 400 full-time university targets, from high school graduates and draft soldiers, including:
Security Operations major group: 250 targets (Male: 225; Female: 25), Northern enrollment area (from Hue city and outwards).
Information Security/Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control: 150 quotas; of which a maximum of 50 male quotas are reserved for training abroad in the field of Information Technology (considered for selection among admitted students to the school), nationwide enrollment area.
Regarding cooperation in university-level training with the School of Information Technology and Communications under Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the academy enrolls 100 male targets, Information Technology major, nationwide enrollment area.
People's Security Academy announces enrollment targets for 2026
The University of Fire Prevention and Fighting is assigned to recruit 200 full-time university targets, 100 targets in the north and 100 targets in the south. In addition, the school also enrolls 250 civil system targets.
With second-degree university training from candidates who have graduated from university or higher, the academy enrolls 50 quotas (45 males, 5 females). The eligible registered fields include: Law; Life Sciences; Natural Sciences; Mathematics and Statistics; Computers and Information Technology; Engineering Technology; Engineering; Architecture and Construction; Health; Environment and Environmental Protection, Social Behavior Sciences; Journalism and Information; Business and Management.
In addition, the school enrolls 250 full-time university training quotas outside the police industry (civil system).
The scope of enrollment nationwide, enrollment methods, admission conditions and information on enrollment organization will be announced after receiving enrollment instructions from the Ministry of Public Security.
