Fruit shop owner in Hai Phong suspected of collapsing the hui, dozens of people brought in to livestream

    Hai Phong - On the afternoon of December 3, the City Police informed about the incident that occurred in Nam Do Son ward.

    At around 3:00 p.m. on November 30, Nam Do Son Ward Police received information that in front of a fruit shop at 1546 Pham Van Dong, Quy Kim residential group had about 20 people gathering to livestream live on social media.

    Through grasping the situation, Nam Do Son Ward Police determined that recently, N.T.L (born in 1989) and her husband N.D.H (born in 1987, residing in Hoang Que Ward, Quang Ninh Province) rented a house at the above address to sell fruit. However, N.T.L and N.D.H organized a hui game with a large number of players.

    Currently, N.T.L and N.D.H are closed, not present at the store and cannot be contacted, so the hui players come to claim the hui payment.

    Nam Do Son Ward Police have propagated and explained to request people to dispers, not gather in large numbers causing disorder and instructed if there are any recommendations or reports to the Nam Do Son Ward Police headquarters. After being informed and explained that the above group had dispersed, security and order were guaranteed.
