The disciplinary action against the officials at Phuoc Tan Primary School was carried out on the basis of the conclusion of the complaint published in October 2024 by the authorities in Nha Trang City.
Noise about property enforcement in Loc Tho ward

Chairman of Nha Trang City Tran Minh Chien also directed the People's Committee of Loc Tho Ward to clarify the personal responsibility related to violations in the process of enforcing the construction of a hotel project beyond the floor at 9/2D Nguyen Thien Thuat, owned by Mr. To Van Huynh.

In addition, Loc Tho ward also lacked inspection and supervision, allowing the construction unit to gather scrap that did not comply with the approved enforcement plan.
At the meeting on March 14, 2025, Thanh Binh Construction Service Development Company Limited - the enforcement contractor - confirmed that it had demolished and transported steel components and pipeline systems on the ceiling to the landfill.
Meanwhile, Mr. Huynh said that this unit had sold all the scrap, including steel, fire prevention and fighting systems, air conditioning pipes, etc., estimated at up to 70 tons, worth nearly 700 million VND.
