On July 16, a representative of the leader of Nong Cong commune, Thanh Hoa province said that the female buffalo was on the road and had broken bones and was taken to the slaughterhouse to sell on the market.

Also according to the representative of Nong Cong commune, the buffalo was bought by Mr. Tran Van Thanh (owner of the slaughterhouse, residing in Dong Hoa village, Nong Cong commune) from Nghe An. On the morning of July 14, while being taken off the car, the buffalo suddenly panicked and rushed onto the road.

After causing chaos on the street, the buffalo suddenly rushed and crashed into a woman driving a motorbike, causing the victim to break her shoulder and have to be taken to the hospital for treatment.

After the incident, the slaughterhouse owner met with the family of the woman who suffered a buffalo attack to negotiate compensation for medicine costs and hospital fees during treatment.
