Dak Lak - The police have clarified that the rumor that a lobster diver died due to sunfuric acid leaked into the sea is untrue.

On November 21, Song Cau Ward Police (Dak Lak Province) confirmed that the information about the sulfuric acid cylinders drifting into the environment and breaking, causing people to fly and catch lobsters at sea and breathing to death was untrue.

The ward police have directly contacted local people to verify and initially confirmed that this is just a rumor, not accurate. At the same time, there is no basis to suggest that the cylinders of sunfuric acid were washed out to sea.

The ward police are continuing to grasp the situation, verify the sources of information dissemination and work with cases of posting unfounded content, causing public confusion.

As Lao Dong reported, on November 20, the authorities of Dak Lak province issued a notice about the Tuy Hoa Road Factory being swept away by floodwaters with 100 cans of sulfuric acid. The 20-liter cars are gray blue.

This is a dangerous chemical, if picked up, people should not open the lid at will, and should immediately report to the authorities for timely handling.
