At the announcement ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Major General Nguyen Huu Manh - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police to work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security.
At the same time, the Decision to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police was announced to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Minister of Public Security acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Major General Nguyen Huu Manh and Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang in all aspects of work, fighting, and building the People's Public Security force at Ninh Binh Provincial Police and Quang Ninh Provincial Police over the past time.
Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Ngoc Lam affirmed: Major General Nguyen Huu Manh and Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang are well-trained cadres, have a strong political stance and ideology, good moral qualities, and a high sense of responsibility; have held many positions and always strive to fulfill assigned tasks well.
Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Ngoc Lam believes that in their new positions, Major General Nguyen Huu Manh and Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang will continue to promote their bravery, intelligence, and exemplary pioneering in upholding the spirit of solidarity with the two units to excellently complete the assigned tasks, worthy of the trust of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Ninh Binh province as well as all levels, sectors and people of all walks of life.
Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Ngoc Lam suggested that in the immediate future, the new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police urgently work with the Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Police to direct the ensuring of good security and order in the area. Resolutely do not let "sidden, surprise" happen in any situation.
At the same time, direct the synchronous implementation of professional measures, do a good job of grasping and controlling the situation, creating a safe and secure environment, serving the socio-economic development tasks of the province and successfully organizing important socio-political events of the country, localities and especially the 14th National Congress of the Party.
