On November 18, at Can Tho City Police, the Ministry of Public Security solemnly held a conference to review 5 years of implementing the State Inspection and Control Program for the period 2021 - 2030; Announcing the CCHC index, the results of measuring the satisfaction of people and organizations in the People's Public Security (CAND) in 2025.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung - Deputy Minister of Public Security affirmed that CCHC is always a key and continuous task of the People's Public Security force, demonstrating the sense of responsibility "serving the people".


Over the past 5 years, the Ministry of Public Security has strongly directed and implemented many synchronous and creative solutions to promote institutional reform, improve the organization of the apparatus, reduce and simplify administrative procedures (AP), promote digital transformation, build e-Government and digital government in the entire workforce. CCHC work has achieved many outstanding results, creating clear changes in many fields.
Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung emphasized that this conference not only aims to announce the results of determining the CCHC index and the level of satisfaction in 2025, but also an opportunity to look back at 5 years of implementing the Comprehensive CCHC Program in the People's Public Security, properly assess the achieved results, point out difficulties, limitations and propose key solutions for the period 2026 - 2030.


At the conference, the Ministry of Public Security announced the results of the CCHC Index of the Public Security of units and localities in 2025. Can Tho City Police is one of 25 units classified as excellent (from 95 points or more), 53 units classified as good (from 80 points to under 95 points), 2 units classified as good (from 70 points to under 80 points) and 1 unit classified as completing tasks (from 50 points to under 70 points).

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee Truong Canh Tuyen stated that in recent times, under the close direction of the Government, ministries, branches and localities have synchronously implemented many administrative procedures, achieving comprehensive results in many fields.
For Can Tho City, CCHC and digital transformation are identified as breakthrough tasks, creating momentum to promote socio-economic development.
Also at the conference, authorized by the Prime Minister, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to 1 collective and 1 individual.
At the same time, the Minister of Public Security awarded Certificates of Merit to 16 collectives and 46 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the CCHC task, demonstrating worthy recognition and an important motivation for the entire force to continue to innovate in the coming time.
