On the afternoon of March 3, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work, receiving and transferring 21 officials to take on tasks at the Border Commune Police (phase 3).
Attending the ceremony were Major General Nguyen Quang Vinh - Director of the Provincial Police; leaders of a number of professional departments; representatives of the Police of border communes and 21 officers who were mobilized and strengthened to the grassroots level.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Ministry of Public Security) on the transfer of 21 officials from units directly under the Ministry to work at the Police of border communes of the province.
At the same time, at the conference, the decision of the Director of the Provincial Police on receiving and assigning tasks to officials was also announced.
Speaking to assign tasks, Major General Nguyen Quang Vinh emphasized that the province is a mountainous area, with a long border, a large area, socio-economic conditions are still difficult, and there is a potential risk of complex issues of security and order arising.
Therefore, strengthening cadres for the Border Commune Police is an urgent requirement, of great significance in ensuring security and order from early and remote.
The Director of the Provincial Police requested the transferred officers to continue to maintain their political bravery, uphold their sense of responsibility, and quickly grasp the local situation, customs, and habits of the people.
At the same time, the leaders of the Provincial Police requested Party committees and commanders of units, especially the Police of border communes, to pay attention to creating favorable conditions for officers to soon stabilize their work, promote their capacity and strengths, and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
