On the morning of May 19, Ha Huy Tap Ward Police said that the unit had just helped a lost man return home safely.
Accordingly, at about 10 pm on May 17, Ha Huy Tap Ward Police received information that a man nearly 50 years old showing signs of psychosis was wandering in Ky Cac residential group, Ha Huy Tap ward.
Immediately after that, the Ward Police quickly went to the area to verify and identified this person as P.V. T, from Ninh Binh province. Then, the Police contacted the family to report the news. Because they were far away, the family asked the Ward Police to support care while waiting for family members to pick them up.
At about 8 am on May 18, relatives came to pick up Mr. T and take him home safely. Mr. T's family representative sent a letter of thanks to Ha Huy Tap Ward Police for their dedicated help to the people.
According to family members, before that, Mr. T was traveling on a passenger car on the Da Nang - Ninh Binh route, when he arrived in Ha Tinh, Mr. T got lost. It is known that this man is mentally unstable.
Previously, Ky Anh Commune Police also helped 2 stray citizens return home.
Specifically, at 5:30 pm on May 16, Ky Anh Commune Police received information from people about 2 citizens showing signs of getting lost in the area with a tired look.
Through approach, the police determined that both people were congenitally deaf and mute, without personal papers and unable to communicate verbally to provide personal information.

However, by professional measures, Ky Anh Commune Police identified these 2 citizens as Q.V. N (born 1989) and L.K. V (born 2007) both residing in Muong Quang commune, Nghe An province.
After that, Ky Anh Commune Police directly arranged vehicles to take the 2 citizens to Cam Xuyen commune to catch a passenger car to return home in Muong Quang commune, Nghe An province.
Ky Anh Commune Police also contacted and coordinated with Muong Quang Commune Police, Nghe An province to arrange forces to receive the 2 citizens when they arrived to hand them over to their families.
At about 10:20 PM on May 2nd, Ky Thuong Commune Police received a report from the people about two ethnic minority citizens (Ruc people) appearing in the area without personal papers, no means of communication, no money, and signs of getting lost.
Immediately after that, Ky Thuong Commune Police approached, verified and identified them as Ho H (born 1985) and Ho X (born 1991), both residing in Dan Hoa commune, Quang Tri province.

At the time of discovery, both were not carrying personal papers, had no contact phones, did not remember relatives' phone numbers, were in difficult circumstances, worked as hired laborers and could not determine their direction of return to their place of residence.
Faced with that situation, Ky Thuong Commune Police coordinated with grassroots security forces and people to organize support for accommodation and meals, ensuring safety for the two citizens overnight.
By noon the next day, Ky Thuong Commune Police arranged vehicles to bring the two citizens back home safely.
