From July 23 to July 28, the Ky Thuong Commune Police, Quang Ninh Province mobilized more than 20 officers and soldiers to coordinate with militia, youth union members and mass organizations to go to the fields to help people grow rice, grain rice, transport rice, dredge irrigation ditches, level the banks and plots.
Support activities were deployed in many villages such as Dong Tham, Lang Da, Khe Nhang... During the 5 peak days, the police force and the people completed planting more than 4 hectares of rice for 18 households in difficult circumstances, mainly single-parent elderly households and policy households.
In parallel with helping people produce, Ky Thuong Commune Police also organized propaganda and instructed more than 100 people on measures to prevent floods and landslides, and warn of risks when working outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
