On the morning of February 5th, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, Captain Lu Van Tai - Head of Nam Co Commune Police said that during the task of reviewing residence in Da Den village, a task force of the Commune Police promptly discovered and supported a pregnant woman in labor on the side of the road to the commune health station safely.
At about 4 pm on February 4, the commune police force discovered Mr. Giang A Nha on the way to take his wife, Ms. Chang Thi Ca, to the Health Station to give birth.


However, due to the long travel distance (about nearly 20km), the rugged hilly terrain, and difficult traffic, before she could reach the medical facility, Ms. Ca had a strong labor and had to give birth right on the side of the road.
After giving birth, the pregnant woman fell into a state of hemorrhage, her health developed complicatedly, posing a potential risk to the lives of both the mother and the newborn baby.


Recognizing the emergency situation, Nam Co Commune Police mobilized forces and available vehicles, urgently supporting the delivery of the pregnant woman and newborn baby over a long and dangerous distance to Tu Le Commune Health Station for timely emergency treatment.
Thanks to the quick and responsible support of the Police force, the health of the mother and son has stabilized and they are continuing to be monitored and cared for by doctors and nurses.
