Implementing the direction of the Commune People's Committee and Steering Committee 197, Thanh Oai Commune Police, Hanoi City has coordinated with departments, branches, and mass organizations to synchronously implement measures to ensure urban order, traffic safety and environmental sanitation, serving the people to enjoy Spring and welcome the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 safely and civilized.
Functional forces focus on inspecting and handling at key routes and areas, including National Highway 21B, which is a traffic route with high vehicle density, and business and trading activities are bustling during the Tet holiday.
Through inspection, Thanh Oai Commune Police have strengthened the handling of violations of urban order, public order and traffic safety; requested households and business households to voluntarily dismantle canopies, awnings, advertising signs, platforms installed illegally; rectify the situation of encroaching on roads and sidewalks to do business and display goods violating traffic safety corridors.
In parallel with the work of handling violations, functional forces organize environmental sanitation, collect waste, rearrange sidewalks and roadways to be clear, contributing to creating urban beauty in the area.
Functional forces have seized many violating billboards; and at the same time propagated and reminded 55 business households on the route to strictly comply with the provisions of law, and voluntarily dismantle signs and items encroaching on roads and sidewalks.
Through this activity, Thanh Oai Commune Police continue to promote propaganda and mobilize people and business households to raise awareness of complying with regulations on urban order and traffic safety; not to hold markets or do illegal business; proactively arrange goods and vehicles neatly and in accordance with regulations. For cases of intentional violations or non-compliance after being reminded, functional forces will resolutely handle them strictly according to the provisions of law.
