On the morning of July 3, a clip appeared on social media recording the scene of a young man (believed to be a technology motorbike taxi driver) being repeatedly hit on the head by a man.
According to Mr. D.N (the person who posted the clip), the incident occurred at around 10:00 a.m. this morning (September 3), in the area near Kien Hung bridge (Kien Hung ward, Hanoi). At that time, Hanoi was having heavy rain.

Images from the rear car's dashcam show a middle-aged man wearing a charcoal raincoat using his hand to screw his neck and punch him in the face, hitting the helmet of a young man driving a motorbike with license plate 88L1-645.xx.
When the young man used his hand and helmet to cover it, the middle-aged man took off the male driver's helmet and continued to shout.
Due to the heavy rain and moving on the road, the car driver behind could only honk for the man to stop his actions.
Under the post, many people expressed their dissatisfaction and suggested that the authorities verify and take action to deal with the assault on others.
Regarding the incident, Kien Hung Ward Police (Hanoi) sent officers and soldiers to the scene to check and verify.
