On September 1, information from the State Treasury (KBNN) region XIV said that the unit had just sent a document to state budget users, investors, and Project Management Boards in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces about the hotline to receive feedback and recommendations in operations at the State Treasury.
Accordingly, the State Treasury of Region XIV established and publicized a hotline to strengthen discipline and public service order, improve service quality, and promptly receive and handle feedback and recommendations from transaction customers.
The content received focused on acts of harassment, arrogance, delays, causing trouble; failure to implement or improper implementation of legal regulations in the process of performing official duties of state treasury officials and employees at all levels.

KBNN Region XIV notes that information provided through the hotline must be presented in Vietnamese and received during office hours.
The information provider needs to clearly state their full name, address and provide specific information about the incident, the location, organization or individual involved.
Information that is unclear about the provider or the content is not sufficient to determine a specific case will not be received or processed.
For cases of complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections within the scope of the law on handling petitions, information providers will be guided to exercise their rights in accordance with the form, process, and procedures. This is to ensure conditions for accepting petitions according to legal regulations.
