The investment project to build a road from Thai Binh ward to Hung Ha commune, connecting with Pho Hien ward (abbreviated as the road connecting Thai Binh - Pho Hien) has a total length of about 24.8km; the starting point is at the intersection between the road to Song Tra TBS Industrial Park and National Highway 10 (belonging to Thai Binh ward, Hung Yen province), the ending point is at the beginning of the Luoc River overpass (belonging to Ngu Thien commune, Hung Yen province). The total investment of the project is more than 4,900 billion VND.
The route passes through the localities: Thai Binh ward, Nam Tien Hung, Tien Hung, Hong Minh, Hung Ha, Tien La and Ngu Thien communes. On the route, there is a large bridge, the Tra Ly river overpass.


According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, at this time, at the Tra Ly river overpass, dozens of workers are urgently constructing in the Nam Tien Hung commune area. Machinery and equipment are gathered and operating continuously at the construction site. Although it is the National Day holiday September 2nd, the construction teams are still maintained, many workers are working through the holiday to speed up the project progress.

Mr. Luc Van Hong - Commander of the construction site of the Tra Ly river overpass - said that so far the bridge has completed about 50% of the volume. In the approach bridge section on Thai Binh ward, the drilled piles from abutment M1 to pier T6 have been completed; abutments and piers from M1 to T6 have also been completed. Currently, units are carrying out bridge girder guarding and concrete pouring of the bridge deck.
In the South of Tien Hung, the drilled piles for the approach bridge section have been completed. For the main bridge section, all drilled piles at piers T7 and T8 have been completed. Units have also completed the steel board pile enclosure and reinforced frame system...

And in Hung Ha and Tien Hung communes, the road area under construction is in sand foundation.
According to the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 of Hung Yen province, the road project from Thai Binh ward to Hung Ha commune, connecting with Pho Hien ward, when completed, will not only contribute to completing the essential transport infrastructure of the province and the region, meeting the travel and transportation needs of the people, but also open up new development space, creating conditions for the formation of urban areas, services, and industries along the route, strongly attracting investment resources.
