The land acquisition and site clearance (GPMB) of the Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section of Ring Road 1 construction project through Lang, Giang Vo and O Cho Dua wards (Hanoi) is in a key stage.
According to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper on December 5, some types of machinery were mobilized to dismantle the construction within the scope of the site clearance for the Ring Road 1 construction project through Lang Ward.

Vice Chairman of Lang Ha Phu Binh Ward People's Committee said that up to now, basically all 51 households have agreed to hand over the land, after receiving full compensation and resettlement houses according to regulations. Of which, 36 households had handed over the land before December 4. These households have proactively dismantled the basic items and asked the ward to support the transportation of the remaining items.
In parallel with the mobilization, the ward always prioritizes ensuring maximum benefits for people through housing support policies, especially for households facing housing difficulties after land acquisition, the ward actively reviews and guides people to register to buy social housing according to the city's specific policies.
"The ward is committed to accompanying households to resolve all policies and regimes appropriately," said Mr. Ha Phu Binh.

From now until December 10, Lang ward will continue to organize mobilization, persuasion, and dialogue with the remaining households to hand over the project site.
In case the households do not comply, the local government will carry out compulsory land recovery according to regulations, ensuring the completion of site clearance before December 15 as directed by the city.
In Giang Vo ward, the Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section of Ring Road 1 project through the ward has a total of 795 land acquisition plans. On November 21, the People's Committee of Giang Vo Ward completed the approval of 795/795 plans.
The Ward People's Committee has deployed propaganda, mobilization, and urging households to promptly hand over the site (implementing a corrugated iron fence along the entire route; notifying of power outages, water cuts, requiring households to receive money, receive houses, and hand over the site...).
As of December 5, most households have handed over the land. The Ward People's Committee is continuing to propagate and mobilize the remaining households, and at the same time directing units to inspect, review, consolidate records and prepare security and order plans to enforce enforcement against households that deliberately do not hand over the site.
Also on December 5, Giang Vo ward cut off electricity and water thoroughly for households that deliberately did not hand over the land for the Ring Road 1 project. It is expected that on December 10, the local government will carry out compulsory land recovery according to regulations.

With just over a week left to complete the site clearance for the Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc Ring Road 1 project, Giang Vo ward determined that this is the most important time to ensure the site clearance progress, thereby requiring the entire ward's political system to get involved.
To ensure effective land acquisition enforcement, the leaders of Giang Vo Ward People's Committee requested departments and offices to arrange 24/24h citizen reception during peak times, including Saturdays and Sundays.
The ward police force is required to organize continuous duty to ensure absolute maintenance of security and order in the ward during peak times. The functional units are assigned to review and arrange locations for the movement of people's assets after enforcement.
The project investor is also requested to complete the final payment for the compensation plans for site clearance, while focusing on completely demolishing the areas where the site has been handed over.
