At the An Phu intersection construction site - a vital gateway project, the working atmosphere in January 2026 became more urgent than ever. Towards the important political event of the country, banners celebrating the 14th National Party Congress mixed with the sound of drilling machines and bulldozers created a vibrant working picture.

Recorded at the HC1-02 underpass, the "backbone" item of the project, the construction pace is in the final stage. A worker at the construction site shared: "Following the news about the 14th National Party Congress, workers are all excited. To celebrate this big event, we told each other to work overtime, determined to complete the underpass before January 31 so that people can travel and celebrate Tet conveniently".

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Management Board, as of the time of the 14th Congress, the HC1-02 underpass has completed 90% of the volume. The surrounding wall near the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh expressway is being completed in the last meters. Out of a total of 20 tunnel sections, more than 17 sections have been completed. In the area connecting to HC1-01 tunnel, the road surface has been asphalted smooth, ready to wait for paint marking, aiming for traffic opening on January 31, 2026.

Not only in Ho Chi Minh City, downstream to the East (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau area), on the construction sites of tourism projects and civil works, a large number of workers are still diligently working during the days of the 14th National Party Congress. The aspiration for innovation from the Congress is like adding fuel to the fire of enthusiasm for the workers here.
Recorded in Vung Tau city, the construction teams are highly focused on completing the Ca Ong symbol project, an important cultural and spiritual highlight of the locality, in time to hand it over and put it into operation to serve people and tourists. Previously, the installation was carried out throughout the Lunar New Year holiday to ensure the set schedule.
Construction is also taking place urgently in the expansion of Tam Thang Square. The last bricks of the square are being installed to be completed before the 2026 Lunar New Year. At the same time, a series of large coastal projects being implemented are also being urgently constructed.
