According to the contractor's representative, the prolonged rain has affected the construction of the unit, with low volumes. Now the weather is warm and sunny, the unit is focusing on maximum human resources, vehicles, and construction machinery to compensate for the volume to ensure the set progress.
According to Vietnam Singapore Urban and Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, to date, the VSIP Ha Tinh Industrial Park project has completed about 20% of the leveling volume with 26 hectares; completed 15.62% of the sewer and ditch system; excavated and sealed the ground to 190 hectares...
In June 2024, the VSIP Ha Tinh Industrial Park Project was started (phase 1) with a scale of 190.41 hectares, with a total investment of more than 1,555 billion VND.
VSIP Ha Tinh is expected to attract domestic and foreign investors in fields such as: Electricity and electronics, semiconductors, precision mechanics, energy, electric vehicle batteries, metals, auto parts, food processing, logistics services, factories for rent...
The project is also expected to create more than 30,000 jobs, creating momentum for the development and economic restructuring of Ha Tinh province.
At the Nam Cau Phu Urban, Commercial and Service Area and Ecological Villa project in Cam Binh commune, the contractor is also focusing on pouring land for leveling. Many trucks continuously poured soil along with leveling sanders to create a flat surface.
This project is invested by T&T Group, and has started construction on October 10, 2025.
The urban area, commercial services, and ecological villas of Nam Cau Phu have an area of nearly 50 hectares, with diverse products, including: commercial shophouses, townhouses, riverside villas, commercial centers - entertainment services - hotels and social housing.
The investor said that the urban area will be arranged with nearly 17,000 m2 of green trees and water surface, creating a cool, comfortable, experiential and sustainable green living space for residents.

The subcontractors include: Hoang Anh Joint Stock Company, Tan Hai Son Construction Joint Stock Company; the supervising unit is the Tecco 6 - PMC consortium (Consulting Joint Stock Company).
The project started on March 28, 2025, and is scheduled to be completed on December 28, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Danh Phong - Deputy Director of the Ha Tinh Traffic Construction and Urban Development Investment Project Management Board - said that the project to expand, upgrade, and renovate Ngo Quyen Street from National Highway 1A to Quang Trung Street is due to weather disadvantages, so the progress is slow. The project has been extended to October 2026.
