These days, on National Highway 1A through the old Chi Lang and Huu Lung districts, the scene of people busy harvesting, transporting, and trading has created a bustling, bustling atmosphere like a festival.
This year, Chi Lang has good harvests and good prices, making people even more excited.
From early morning, healthy men in the family climbed mountains to pick the cocoons, while women were on duty at the foot of the pass waiting to receive the reed released by a specialized net system.
Along the main national highway, dozens of buying and selling points have sprung up like a "ona market" along the road. Trucks and pickup trucks are constantly stopping, traders are busy weighing and bidding.

The lush green carrybacks that had just been brought down from the net on the high mountain were still crowded with thunder early and were quickly moved to the truck bed.
The gentle calls, the electronic scales interspersed with laughter create a vibrant picture of the crop. The sellers are busy sorting large and small fruits, and the buyers are in a hurry to close orders and send their goods to Hanoi, Hai Phong or the southern provinces.
Ms. Le An, a resident of Chi Lang commune, shared: "This year my family plans to harvest a few tons of rice. Since the beginning of the crop, the selling price has been stable, traders come to the purchasing location, so we are very excited.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Cuong - Vice Chairman of Chi Lang Commune People's Committee - said that the whole commune currently has about 1,400 hectares, with an estimated yield of 8-9 tons/ha.
"For about ten days now, the rice has entered the main harvest. The selling price compared to the beginning of the season has not changed much, ranging from 40,000 - 70,000 VND/kg, the beautiful fruit of 3 fruits/kg costs up to 90,000 - 100,000 VND/kg, higher than last year. People are happy because they have both good harvests and good prices, he said.
That season is also the time when the traffic volume on National Highway 1A increases. To avoid congestion and congestion due to buying and selling activities along the national highway, the Traffic Police Department of Lang Son Provincial Police has deployed many measures.

At hot spots such as Tung Dien Traffic Police Station, officers and soldiers are on duty regularly to direct traffic and remind people, determined not to let encroachment on the roadway cause traffic insecurity.
"From the beginning of the season, we sent working groups down to propagate, asking the business household to sign a commitment not to display on the street. Thanks to that, people's awareness is raised, no more local congestion occurs", the leader of the Lang Son Traffic Police Department informed.
According to Ms. Nguyen Mai Huyen - Chairman of Van Linh Commune People's Committee, the locality currently has more than 800 hectares, concentrated in the old Y Tich commune area.
This year, the new Chi Lang - Y Tich route will be opened to traffic, making transportation and consumption easier, and prices between the remote areas behind Ben Pass and the national highway area will no longer have a big difference.

"Thanks to Nai and Cigarette plants, the average income per capita of the commune in the previous term reached 40 million VND/year. We aim to increase to 70 million VND/year in the next term, of which we will continue to be spearhead crops, said Ms. Huyen.
Na Chi Lang is grown on limestone mountains, where special natural conditions converge, creating a sweet, unique flavor. This is also the factor that helps the brand of "petrified mountain and stone" to become more and more affirmed in the domestic market and gradually spread out of the province.
Currently, the whole Lang Son province has about 4,900 hectares, concentrated in the communes of Huu Lung, Cai Kinh, Van Nham, Huu Lien, Chi Lang, Bang Mac...
In 2025, with an estimated output of tens of thousands of tons, Nai will continue to be the "rich tree" of the people of Lang Son, contributing significantly to the local economic growth.
