From July 1, the new organizational model will be operated at Hanoi City Police.
To ensure traffic order and safety (TTATGT), the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police has maintained forces to stay on the route, stay in the area, increase patrols and controls to promptly detect and strictly handle violations.
According to statistics from the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, in the first two weeks of July, the city's traffic police force detected and handled 7,277 cases of traffic safety violations.
Of which, there were 7,154 violations in the field of road traffic, 51 cases in the field of railway traffic and 72 cases in the field of inland waterway traffic.
The authorities have temporarily detained nearly 2,150 vehicles, revoked 304 driving licenses (GPLX) and deducted points from 1,252 GPLXs of all kinds.


Along with inspection and handling work, the Traffic Police force has stepped up propaganda and dissemination of laws on traffic safety. At the same time, closely coordinate with authorities and organizations at all levels to raise people's awareness of law compliance, form a culture of safe and self-conscious traffic in the community.
In the coming time, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department will continue to synchronously deploy solutions, focusing on preventing and reducing traffic accidents, contributing to ensuring sustainable traffic safety in the city.
