Nghe An - Nghe An Traffic Police simultaneously launched to check alcohol concentration at noon and evening, advising people to absolutely not drive after drinking alcohol.

On October 18, information from the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police said that traffic police forces across the province are simultaneously checking the alcohol concentration of vehicle operators.

According to the plan, the working groups will conduct inspections during two peak hours: noon from 12pm to 2:30pm and evening from 7pm to 10pm. This is an activity during the peak period of ensuring traffic order and safety, preventing accidents caused by alcohol and beer.

In the past, the Traffic Police force of the province has increased patrols and controls, thereby making records to handle hundreds of cases of alcohol concentration violations.

In just the first 3 days of the holiday on April 30 - May 1, 2025, Nghe An Traffic Police recorded 935 cases of violations of the Road Traffic Law, including 255 cases of alcohol concentration violations.

The Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province Police recommends that people strictly comply with regulations on traffic safety and order, absolutely do not drive after consuming alcohol or beer.
