At the Truong Chinh - Cong Hoa intersection, the contractor has fenced off and fenced off part of Cong Hoa road to serve the relocation of technical infrastructure under Metro No. 2 project (Ben Thanh - Tham Luong).
The location of the lot is right on the main axis, causing the road surface to narrow significantly, forming a "bottleneck".

Recorded during rush hour on the morning of November 3, thousands of motorbikes and cars from Districts 12, Tan Phu, and Tan Binh before poured into the city center, causing serious traffic congestion.
The Truong Chinh road is nearly 1km long, from Pham Van Bach intersection to Cong Hoa fishing port, packed with traffic. People had to move little by little to move through the area.

In the midst of a crowded line of vehicles, an ambulance, despite continuous honking, still "loses", unable to move through a dense line of vehicles.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, living in Dong Hung Thuan ward, shared: "Normally this section is often congested, now with more lots right at the intersection, it will be even more difficult. The road surface is missing nearly a lane, every morning I have to leave half an hour earlier but still late for work".
People hope that construction units will speed up the progress, quickly remove barriers, return the road surface or have a reasonable temporary traffic organization plan to reduce traffic pressure. Some opinions also suggested the need for alternative roadmap guidance, helping people avoid going to traffic jam hotspots.
