The Tax Department of Krong Ana - Cu Kuin area (Dak Lak) has just issued decisions to enforce tax collection against 4 coffee companies in the area.
In particular, Ea Ktur Coffee Company Limited (Ea Bhok commune, Cu Kuin district) was forced to pay by requesting to freeze its account, with the amount of money forced to pay more than 23 billion VND.
The remaining 3 companies were forced to pay by withdrawing money from their bank accounts.
Chu Quynh Coffee Company Limited (village 8, Ea Ning commune, Cu Kuin district), the amount of money forced to be collected is more than 12.6 billion VND;
Ea H'nin Coffee Company Limited (village 22, Ea Ning commune, Cu Kuin district), the amount of money forced to be collected is more than 16.3 billion VND;
Ea Tieu Coffee Company Limited (Buon Tieu, Cu Kuin district), the amount of money forced to be collected is more than 3.2 billion VND.
Previously, on October 14, the Dak Lak Provincial Tax Department sent a notice to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security regarding the temporary suspension of exit for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh.
Ms. Hanh is the legal representative of Viet Thang Coffee Company Limited (Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak).
The reason is that the company that Ms. Hanh is the legal representative has not fulfilled its tax payment obligations.
The period of temporary suspension of exit is from the date the Immigration Department receives this notice until the taxpayer completes his/her tax payment obligation to the State budget.
