According to information from Cua Sot Border Guard Station (under the Border Guard of Ha Tinh province), on the morning of February 12, the rescue force brought the vehicle and crew members safely to Cua Sot fishing port (Thach Ha district). Currently, the health and spirit of the crew members are stable.
Previously, at around 5:00 a.m. on February 11, in the waters of Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province, about 49 nautical miles from shore, a fishing boat with registration number HP 9985 TS, with 6 fishermen on board, captained by Mr. D.K.S (born in 1982, residing in Lap Le commune, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city), was on its way to catch seafood when the boat's engine died.
At this time, due to strong winds and big waves, the ship drifted freely for many hours at sea, posing a risk to the health of the crew.

Immediately after receiving the news, Cua Sot Border Guard Station quickly deployed forces and vehicles to coordinate with the Management Board of fishing ports and storm shelters for fishing boats in Ha Tinh to approach the fishing boat in distress for rescue.
At around 4 p.m. the same day, the rescue team reached the vessel in distress, encouraged and provided medical care to the crew members. They then brought the crew members and towed the vessel to shore.
