According to information from the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the leading disbursement rate in Da Nang is the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects, with a capital plan of over 1,600 billion VND, nearly 1,100 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching over 64%. Some projects with good disbursement results include the Lien Chieu Port Construction Investment Project - Shared Infrastructure; Coastal Road Project connecting Lien Chieu Port; Wastewater Collection System Project in Hoa Xuan area.
From now until the end of 2024, Da Nang has set out many implementation solutions, striving to complete the task assigned by the Prime Minister on disbursing public investment capital in 2024, reaching 95% of the plan assigned by the Central Government.
To achieve this goal, Da Nang city leaders have instructed investors and project management units to closely monitor project dossier progress, promptly collaborate to address inquiries, and finalize documents during the appraisal process for project approval. They also emphasized accelerating construction on projects that are lagging behind the agreed schedule.
The Da Nang City People's Committee assigned the Vice Chairmen of the City People's Committee to directly direct and monitor projects under their responsibility. Departments, districts and towns rebuilt the appraisal process, shortening the time for processing documents. The Department of Construction and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment took the lead in coordinating with relevant units to review the planning process, environmental impact assessment reports, etc. to shorten the time compared to before.
