According to information from the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the City has allocated about 10 billion VND to overcome the consequences of natural disasters for damage to traffic infrastructure on the section Km8+360÷Km8+520 of DT601 road (Hai Van ward) due to the impact of storm No. 12 and heavy rains from October 26, 2025.

Accordingly, on December 2, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 2817/QD-UBND on the Order for the construction of emergency works to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, ensure traffic safety, and solidly repair traffic infrastructure for the section of road that has sunk and damaged from Km8+360÷Km8+520 of DT601 road (Hai Van ward) due to the impact of storm No. 12 and heavy rains from October 26, 2025.
Thereby, ensuring safety for people and vehicles traveling during the flood season in 2025 and the following years.
The City People's Committee assigned the Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Project Management Board to manage and organize implementation.
The construction unit used step-performance SW reinforced concrete piles, the expected pile length was L=10m÷12m, built along the negative slope of the landslide area, ensuring good and stable penetration into the geological layer, combined with solutions for drainage of groundwater and surface water.
Design of the lock beams made of reinforced concrete connecting the board piles. returned the slope, reinforced with cement concrete panels combined with a frame and tray base with BTCT. Arrange a soft spread to replace the damaged rice paper stand.

The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. In which, the construction part will be completed before Tet.
The City People's Committee assigned the Da Nang Traffic and Agricultural Construction Project Management Board to select contractors for survey, design, supervision, and construction; prepare and complete the dossier of the remedial plan; organize construction, acceptance and other work to serve the construction of emergency works in accordance with regulations. The Director of the Project Management Board is responsible before the law and the Chairman of the City People's Committee for the assigned tasks.
The Project Management Board is also responsible for organizing the management of project quality according to regulations; presiding over and coordinating with the consulting unit to complete the dossier and submit to the competent authority for appraisal and approval of the project completion dossier.
