Mr. Phan Huu Phung - Vice Chairman of Hai Chau Ward People's Committee, Da Nang City - said that for drainage work, the whole ward currently has 95 roads with a total length of 58.23 km and 3,883 water intake gates.
The Ward People's Committee directly manages infrastructure for 71 roads with a length of 34.1 km; 598 alleys and 103 alleys with a total length of 51.1 km.
Up to now, the Ward People's Committee has completed the mud dredging package at 08 roads according to the decentralization; deployed dredging to clear 1,508 collection gates at 57 roads. At the same time, continue to supplement dredging and drainage treatment for 41 culverts as requested by voters.
In addition, the ward has organized 04 rounds of clearing, dredging mud and handling about 400 collection gates. Directed forces to dismantle obstacles and coverings at more than 100 collection gates on the roads.
