Unexpected allowance: Maximum support level is 3 million VND/person, support one time over a year. It is expected that in 2026, there will be 2,074 subjects. The cost is over 6.2 billion VND.
Monthly health care allowance for people with revolutionary contributions in the city and monthly allowance for people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of people with revolutionary contributions from poor households, no longer having the ability to work in the city.
Second is the draft of a new resolution regulating the policy of supporting food expenses for people with revolutionary contributions who are caring for and caring for at the Center for Supporting People with Revolutionary contributions in Da Nang City with a support level for each person of: 2.325 million VND/month to synchronize the support regime between localities after merging provincial-level administrative units.

In which, inherit the subjects and support levels stipulated in Resolution No. 132 dated December 7, 2017 of the City People's Council: From 45 million VND to 70 million VND. At the same time, adjust the subjects compared to Resolution 132 to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Ordinance on Preferential treatment for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution No. 2 dated December 9, 2020.
Fourth is the draft resolution regulating the subjects, spending and gift giving levels for the occasion of Lunar New Year and the Commemoration of War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27 every year in Da Nang city. Replacing the previous resolutions of the two provinces of Quang Nam and Da Nang (old).
The Resolution aims to ensure unity and synchronization, create fairness for meritorious people and social subjects, contribute to better caring for the material and spiritual life of people with meritorious services to the revolution, social subjects and some specific subjects who do not receive salaries from the state budget in Da Nang city after the merger.
With a total annual estimated budget of 510 billion VND from the city budget. In which: The budget for the Lunar New Year is 405.2 billion VND. The estimated budget for the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day celebration is 104.5 billion VND.
