On the evening of August 6, information spread on social networks about a large rock rolling from the quarry into a house in Cao Duong commune, Phu Tho province (formerly in Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province).
According to the reflection, heavy rain caused a rock block from the mountain of rocks belonging to the mining mine of BMC Hoa Binh Company Limited to roll down and hit the house of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hiep's family (born in 1979), residing in Hamlet 2, Anh Thinh village, Cao Duong commune.
The incident caused a corner of a 3 vanh brick wall, about 10m2 in area, to collapse. Fortunately, there were no human casualties.

It is known that the quarry of BMC Hoa Binh Company Limited is located about 100m from the residential area.
On August 7, speaking with reporters, the leader of Cao Duong commune confirmed the incident and said that he had gone directly to the scene, worked with people and businesses to handle the situation.


According to research, BMC Hoa Binh Company Limited was granted a Business Registration Certificate in 2009. The legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Huu Chinh.
