The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has just decided to organize an inspection of administrative reform work in 2024 in Krong Bong and Ea H'leo districts.
The inspection team conducted an unscheduled inspection to check the results of the implementation of tasks in the first 10 months of 2024 (from January 1, 2024 to October 30, 2024).
The delegation will inspect the following contents: Implementation of office culture regulations; compliance with working hours, internal rules and regulations of the agency or unit; code of conduct for cadres, civil servants and public employees; regulations on obligations, what cadres, civil servants and public employees can and cannot do.
Receiving and handling administrative procedures of individuals and organizations according to the one-stop mechanism, the interconnected one-stop mechanism, the modern one-stop mechanism and making written apologies for overdue administrative procedure records.
The inspection team is responsible for reporting the inspection results and corrective results; at the same time, recommending contents beyond its authority to the Provincial People's Committee. The inspection must be completed before December 10, 2024.
According to statistics, the administrative reform index in 2023 of Dak Lak province reached 87.33 points (up 2.86 points), ranked 28th out of 63 provinces and centrally-run cities; improved 10 places compared to 2022; ranked 1/5 compared to the Central Highlands provinces.
