Professional training for workers
Ms. H' Djeh Nie (53 years old), in Ea Ho commune, Krong Nang district, Dak Lak province said: "Although I am 53 years old, due to difficult circumstances, I am still trying to learn a new profession to improve my family's economy."
According to Ms. H' Djeh Nie, my children cannot take care of themselves yet, so I decided to learn sewing at the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center of Krong Nang district.
Ms. H' Djeh Nie's goal is to be able to find a job or create her own job with a stable daily income in the future. From there, her family's life will be less difficult.
Not only Ms. H' Djeh, many women in Ea Ho commune have gone to learn sewing organized by the authorities.
Workers participate in vocational training with the hope of gaining skills, having a new job and having more income to escape poverty...
According to the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Krong Nang district, from the beginning of 2023 to October 2024, the unit opened 16 vocational training classes for nearly 500 students from various localities to attend.
Most of the people participating in vocational training are ethnic minorities, people with little experience in production and business development...
The most exciting thing is that most students after studying have jobs or create their own jobs, increasing income for themselves and their families.
According to the survey, in many areas with a large population of ethnic minorities such as M'Dak district, Buon Don... the rate of workers having jobs or creating their own jobs after receiving vocational training is also very high.
Through evaluation, to achieve the above outstanding results, the efforts of vocational teachers at grassroots units are very worthy of recognition.
