On July 15, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee organized the "Digital Dak Lak" Program to promote the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee; Mr. Do Huu Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee Standing Committee, and leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and localities in the form of direct and online coordination with 102 communes and wards across the province.
On July 10, 2025, Dak Lak became one of the first localities to announce AI platforms to support people, businesses and officials and civil servants in reviewing new regulations and implementing public administrative services.
Along with that, the operating, management and supervision system from the provincial to the commune level and the Dak Lak digital application were also deployed. Thereby, helping people better understand digital transformation and directly contribute to local development.
In her opening speech, Ms. Ho Thi Nguyen Thao - Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - affirmed: "The initial results not only mark a new step forward in digital transformation but also demonstrate the province's proactiveness, creativity, and determination in building a modern, public, transparent, and effective administration for people and businesses".

At the program, the Provincial People's Committee evaluated the initial results of implementing digital platforms to serve two-level governments, especially the pilot in 3 wards: Ea Kao, Tan Lap, Tan An, before expanding throughout the province.
The leaders also officially pressed the button to launch the project "Building digital transformation infrastructure in Dak Lak province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030".
This is a key digital infrastructure project, creating a synchronous and long-term foundation for the development of digital government, digital economy, digital society and digital citizens.
In particular, the Provincial Steering Committee has launched 100 peak days to implement the "digital education movement", deploying it to each village, hamlet, and neighborhood to popularize digital knowledge and skills for people.
Thereby, helping people access, exploit and enjoy the fruits of science and technology and digital transformation.

Delegates also visited the technology exhibition area of VNPT Dak Lak and Viettel Dak Lak; directly experienced digital platforms, AI applications to support cadres, civil servants and people in reviewing regulations and implementing public administrative procedures.
The program takes place from July 15 to October 25, 2025, with a system of 10 main goals and targets in digital transformation and implementation of the Digital Education Binh movement.
The target system is built in the direction of "opening" and "motion", regularly reviewing and updating in accordance with the province's practice and implementation capabilities.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Do Huu Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee - requested all levels, sectors and localities to closely follow the targets and tasks during the 100 peak days. In particular, synchronously and drastically deploy, ensuring the successful implementation of the Digital crop Binh Dan movement in the province.
