On May 25, the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province said that the unit has issued a plan to inspect and test non-specialized commune-level personnel to receive them into civil service for the 2nd phase.
In the second round of the entrance exam, Dak Lak province had 12/102 communes and wards registering the need to receive civil servants.
The total staff assigned to these units is 750 people, of which 286 staff are still short. The target for reception in this phase is 18 people.
The subjects eligible to be employed as civil servants are non-specialized commune-level workers before the time Decree No. 170 of the Government issued on June 30, 2025, regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants, took effect.
Those participating in the examination will be checked for standards, conditions, diplomas, and certificates according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. After that, the civil servant examination and examination council will organize an assessment of the general level of understanding, professional capacity and nghiệp vụ of the person proposed for recruitment.
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province, on May 29, the inspection council will organize tests for eligible cases.
Before May 31, the examination results will be reported to the head of the competent authority to decide on recognition and carry out procedures for receiving civil servants for successful cases.
Notably, among the participating localities, Buon Ma Thuot ward has 9 non-specialized officials registered to be employed as civil servants in 2 positions that are still lacking staff, including administrative - office specialists, office administrators and specialists performing administrative procedure control tasks.
Due to the fault of the advisory agency for late submission of dossiers, the above people missed the opportunity to become civil servants.
After that, Dak Lak province decided to organize an additional entrance exam to ensure the rights of non-specialized officials.
As Lao Dong newspaper has reported, the first phase of the inspection and examination to receive non-specialized commune-level personnel to become civil servants in 2026 in Dak Lak province took place from May 5 to May 7 to select 257 targets.
