On June 29, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Le Trong Yen, Permanent Vice Chairman of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee, said that the province has approved a project for a dairy and dairy processing area focusing on applying high technology in Dak Nong province. The total investment capital of the project is more than 8,000 billion VND.
The project is implemented in Quang Son commune, Dak Glong district, with the goal of raising dairy cows, processing milk and dairy products, and planting forestry trees. The project scale is 50,000 cows, of which 25,000 cows are Dairy. The project is implemented on an area of 451 hectares, with a land lease term of 48 years.
According to the Decision of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee, by the end of 2031, the province will complete related procedures and invest in construction to put the project into operation.
In addition, investors are entitled to preferential policies according to current regulations of the Central and local governments. However, investors must correctly and fully implement the conditions according to the registered project schedule. Along with that are regulations on environment, land, construction and other relevant legal regulations.
After the project is approved for investment, the investor must complete procedures on land, construction, environment and other related procedures before implementing the project. The project can only be implemented when it fully meets the conditions according to the law.
In case the investor does not implement on schedule without a legitimate objective reason or does not comply with the provisions of the law during the project implementation, the competent authority will terminate the project, all costs and losses (if any) the investor must take responsibility.
If the investor transfers the project, transfers shares, capital contributions or is a consortium, or is affiliated with other organizations and individuals, it must be approved by the competent state agency and fully carry out the procedures according to the provisions of law.
