Dak Nong is streamlining its apparatus in a streamlined, efficient manner and aiming to reduce 20% of civil servants and public employees receiving salaries from the budget.

On March 15, information from the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee said that the unit has just issued a plan to streamline the payroll for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers.

The plan includes reviewing and arranging agencies and units; perfecting functions, tasks and working relationships between organizations. The goal is to avoid overlapping, duplication or omission of tasks.

Dak Nong province will transfer a number of public administrative tasks and services to enterprises and social organizations. The province also promotes the socialization of public service units capable of financial autonomy.

The province also aims to reduce 20% of civil servants and public employees receiving budget salaries (except for teachers and health workers), according to the plan to streamline the apparatus.

The Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee requires annual assessment and classification of cadres and improving the responsibility of Party committees and leaders in deciding on subjects for resignation according to the organizational arrangement.
