On the morning of April 23, Mr. Dao Duc Giang - Head of Hoanh Son Forest Protection Department said that in recent days, in Khu Bap field in Tay Trinh residential group, Song Tri ward, hundreds of swallows, also known as snail swallows (scientific name Anastomus oscitans), have appeared.
This is a rare bird listed in the Vietnam Red Book. After the discovery, forest rangers in coordination with Song Tri ward authorities are monitoring, and at the same time recommending people not to drive away, catch, or harm this rare bird flock.

According to people in Song Tri ward, this is the first time they have witnessed a large number of storks appearing in the rural fields in the locality, so they are very excited and hope that the storks will stay in this field for a long time.
