On October 22, information from the People's Committee of Phu Can commune, Krong Pa district, Gia Lai province said that an incident had just occurred in the commune, causing a child to drown while fishing on the Ba river.
Previously, at around 2:40 p.m. on October 21, T (born in 2010), along with Ksor Siu (born in 1994), and Ksor Phi (born in 2003) went fishing in the Ba River in Hung Ha village. While casting the net, T unfortunately slipped into deep water, leading to drowning and disappearance.
Immediately after receiving the news, local authorities mobilized forces to search. At 5:20 p.m. the same day, people found T's body.
Currently, the local government has come to encourage and help T's family with funeral arrangements.
