The City People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the project to invest in the construction of a road from LK53 from the western bridge to the auction area of Dan Di street, Dong Anh district.
According to the decision, the project aims to concretize approved plans, complete the transport infrastructure system, synchronously connect between areas, create convenient travel conditions for people with a total estimated investment of VND 1,484 billion, using the Dong Anh district budget, implemented from 2026 to 2029.
The route is about 5.34km long.
In which, section 1 from the intersection with the Eastern Economic Road (Western Border Bridge) to the intersection of Viet Hung Road is 3.94km long, with a cross-section (large) of 25m.
Section 2 from the intersection with Viet Hung Street to Dan Di Auction Area is 1.4km long, with a cross-section (large) of 30m.
The project includes main items: roads, water supply, drainage, trees, lighting, telecommunications, traffic organization, fire prevention, fire fighting... according to the plan, in accordance with current standards and regulations.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee to carry out investment preparation work, perform the investor's authority tasks in investment preparation work; based on the specific conditions of the project, the investor deciding when approving the project will decide to assign the investor to implement the project; be responsible before the law and the City People's Committee for the accuracy and legality of the information and data presented in the documents.
At the same time, develop a project implementation plan, organize the preparation, appraisal and approval of the project in accordance with the provisions of law.
In particular, the district ensures site clearance, resettlement arrangements if necessary and develops a suitable medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026-2030.
The City People's Committee assigned the departments: Construction, Planning - Architecture, Finance... to closely coordinate with Dong Anh district to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, with quality and efficiency.
