The Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh connecting road project with Hoa Binh 6A bridge (phase 1) was approved according to Decision No. 726/QD-UBND dated June 17, 2026 of Thinh Minh Commune People's Committee.
This is a project belonging to group C, with a total investment of 155 billion VND invested by the Project Management Board of Thinh Minh commune.
According to the reporter's investigation, the investor recently issued a notice inviting bids for the "Construction of works" package of the project.
The above-mentioned construction package was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 121 billion VND from the state budget and other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after having the contractor selection results, the winning bidder will construct the project: Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh connecting road with Hoa Binh 6A bridge (phase 1) with a total length of about 5.21km.
The starting point of the road is at Km0+00 connecting to the existing cement concrete road in Quyet Tien hamlet, Thinh Minh commune; the ending point is at Km5+210 connecting to the existing cement concrete road in Nha hamlet, Thinh Minh commune.
The road is built with a base width of 6m, the roadbed is made of crushed stone reinforced with cement, and the drainage system is built synchronously according to standards.
The route map is suitable for the scale of rural level B traffic roads, design speed of 20km/h. The design ensures close adherence to planning, natural terrain, taking advantage of slopes, water convergence roads, going along level roads to reduce excavation volume and maintain stability for natural taluy slopes, avoiding cutting through areas with landslides, rolling rocks, subsidence...
Over the past time, Thinh Minh commune has continuously been invested in large projects in transportation and industry. Previously, on August 14, a groundbreaking ceremony for a complex of 5 key projects, with a total investment of nearly 7,600 billion VND, took place here.
The complex of 5 projects started includes: Thinh Minh Industrial Park; Thinh Minh 1 Industrial Cluster; Phu Minh Ecological Urban Area; Phu Minh Social Housing, Leasing; Water supply pipeline system of Thinh Minh commune.
The projects are synchronously planned on an area of 592ha, with a total investment of nearly 7,600 billion VND. By the time of commencement, the projects had completed 100% of the legal basis, meeting the conditions to officially go into implementation.
